All-electric Peugeot E-308 open for orders

A year ago, we announced that the Peugeot 308 range will be getting all-electric variants. Today we announced that the E-308 hatchback is now available to order and manufacturing has already started.

Peugeot have already made waves in the all-electric motoring industry with the e-208 being hailed as the best-selling car in Europe in this segment. In fact 1 out of every 4 electric cars sold in Europe is a Peugeot so drivers have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of the larger E-308.

Following on from their “no-compromise” philosophy, the New E-308 is exactly the same vehicle as the petrol variant. Powered by a 54kWh battery and 156hp (115 kW) electric motor, this clever vehicle can achieve up to a 257 mile range (WLTP).

As with all electric Peugeots, the battery has a warranty for 8-years /100,000 miles meaning you’ll rest easy that your new car will continue to be as impressive for many miles to come.

The E-308 Trim levels include: Allure, GT and First Edition. All trim levels include the following:

• E-308 badging
• Heated Front Seats
• Heated Steering Wheel
• 11kW On-Board Charger
• 3D Quartz Instrument Panel (on GT & First Edition

The First Edition model is based on the GT trim level and provides some extra features that you won’t see on other models including: ‘Belomka Evo’ Tri-Material Blue woven cloth with ‘Isabella’ leather effect and Mistral Alcantara. It is available in a choice of three Metallic paint colours including: Olivine Green (standard), Okenite White and Selenium Grey (available as an option: £650).
