Service Customer Advisor

We are seeking a full-time Service Customer Advisor for our busy Aldershot Peugeot/Citroen dealership. This is a hands-on position working in our service department. Experience is preferable along with working knowledge of Kerridge DMS.

Customer Satisfaction is a key part of this role and you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will need the following attributes:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Be a great communicator
  • A desire to deliver great customer experiences
  • Good I.T. skills
