Charters Peugeot sponsor the Run Frimley event on May 3rd 2015

The Run Frimley event has been a staple of the community for ten years and provides an opportunity to support a charity that is raising awareness and fighting to diagnose breast cancer earlier.
The event includes a run for all fitness levels including:

• 10 mile Road Race
• 2.5 mile Fun Run

Entrants are welcome to join in comfortable running gear but fancy dress is encouraged (especially in the Fun Run).

Run Frimley 2015 is focussed on raising enough money and awareness to purchase a dedicated breast unit for the community bringing faster diagnosis and greater support for the local area and Charters are equally as dedicated in helping them with this worthwhile cause.

There’s still time to take part. If you are free on Sunday 3rd of May and want to support your community in an excellent cause, this event is the place to be.

There are rewards for everyone taking part including medals and goody bags and for those of us serious enough to join the 10 mile event, professional chip timing (and for the under 15s in the 2.5 mile Fun Run). There is a prize for the best fancy dress outfit so get creative! Run Frimley’s theme is “Frimley at the Movies” so we expect a few Terminators , Aliens perhaps the odd Star Wars character? However you dress, the most important part is taking part.

Last year the Run Frimley event raised a total of £70,000 with 1,790 people fundraising. Run Frimley and Charters hope to see this record smashed this year.

If you want to take part in the Frimley Run 2015, you can apply (before the 1st April 2015). If you pledge to fundraise at least £30 when registering, you will receive a free Run Frimley technical vest (for the 10 mile run). For those running the Fun Run (and pledging at least a £30 fundraising total) then you will receive a free cap or T Shirt.
