It is with great excitement that we announce the Traveller has a new all-electric variant: the New e-Traveller MPV. Coming later in 2020, the New e-Traveller is the next step in Peugeot’s roadmap of creating a fully electric and hybrid fleet by 2023.

With the All-New 208, All-new 2008 SUV, Peugeot 508, All-New 508 SW and 3008 SUV getting an electric variant (as well as Partner and Expert vans), it was not a surprise that the popular spacious MPV joins their ranks.

Here is everything you need to know about the New Peugeot e-Traveller:

1. It’s spacious and comfortable (with up to 9 seats) – ideal for long journeys.
2. Silent engine driving
3. It has a multitude of lengths available (Compact, Standard or Long)
4. It has two distinct personalities (Combispace and Shuttle)
5. It has a choice of trim levels (Active and Allure)
6. It can manage up to 205 miles on a single charge of the 75kwh battery (142.9 on the 50kwh variant)
7. It’s extremely versatile. The limited height of 1.9m has been specifically chosen to allow the new e-Traveller to visit the majority of car parks in the UK.
8. It has three power modes to choose from for greater flexibility: Eco, Normal and Power
9. There are two braking modes (one is for regenerative braking and one offers a more “natural” brake feel).
10. The clever MyPeugeot app for your smartphone is capable of a variety of functions, including: pre-heating or activating your air conditioning from your home. You can also check the charging status of your vehicle and even defer the charging time until a time that suits you.
