Peugeot announces New 2008 SUV

Peugeot have recently announced an update to their already extremely popular SUV. Coming in Summer 2023, the New 2008 SUV and all-electric e-2008 SUV adds more features, refined and improved technology and more efficient powertrains, making the 2008 SUV range streak ahead when put up against its rivals.

Following the release of the Peugeot 308 range, the New 2008 SUV will showcase their new logo on the newly designed front grille. The differences are more than skin-deep though. Despite being an obvious successor to the popular 2008 SUV, as you look closer the differences are bigger than you’d expect. The new emblem is proudly emblazoned on the new grille with horizontal pattern embellishments to bring out your style.

New Design Signature

New Peugeot 2008 SUV brings a new, bold and muscular look to the model matched with a new signature lights. These follow the philosophy of the lion with three vertical “claws” with black inserts in the bumper. Opt for the GT and the lights will extend to indicate the higher trim level.

New Refined Interior

New Peugeot 2008 SUV brings renewed seat fabrics, giving a more upmarket feel. Opt for Alcantara upholstery (available as an option at GT trim level) and you’ll experience a level of premium you wouldn’t expect in this category.

New i-Cockpit

Since the introduction of the i-Cockpit, Peugeot have dedicated their team to refining it to ensure the driver is kept fully-focussed, physical dials and switches are kept to a minimum and the touchscreen is intuitive to use by all drivers. New 2008 SUV brings another level to the i-Cockpit with a 10-inch central touchscreen, wireless mirroring (Apple CarPlay & Android Auto), HD customisable digital cluster (on Allure and GT), more USB sockets, a more powerful smartphone charging plate and a high-definition parking aids (controlling the huge array of safety features). It is a pleasure to use, a delight to drive and intuitive to the touch.

New 2008 SUV colour choices

Order your New Peugeot 2008 or e-2008 SUV in either: Selenium Grey (pictured), Okenite White, Artense Grey, Black Perla Nera, Elixir Red or Vertigo Blue. Opt for the GT trim level and you’ll automatically receive the bi-tone roof as standard.

New 2008 SUV powertrains

At launch there will be four powertrains available:

· PureTech 100 1.2-litre petrol 6-speed manual
· PureTech 130 1.2-litre petrol EAT8 8-speed automatic
· BlueHDi 130 1.5-litre diesel EAT8 8-speed automatic
· 115kW / 156bhp Electric motor with 54kWh battery

The all-electric e-2008 SUV with it’s bigger 54kWh battery and recent advancements in technology has increased efficiency with up to 252 miles (on a WLTP tested combined cycle). You can even charge the vehicle from 20%-80% full in just 30 minutes using a three-phase 11kW charger.

New 2008 SUV hybrid coming 2024
