Over car 11,000 owners voted on reliability on the JD Power Survey. Peugeot was voted “Most Dependable Volume Brand” and the popular Peugeot 208 was recognised as the “Most Dependable Small Car“.
Owners were surveyed on all aspects of ownership between 1 and 3 years of ownership and Peugeot’s impressive new lineup has proved to be award-winning.

The JD Power Survey is one of the most influential and in-depth statistical analysis of the automotive industry with 177 questions asked about reliability, covering:
- Engine
- Transmission
- Infotainment
- Interior quality
Peugeot was revealed to have the leas problems overall than every other brand studied and being the JD Power Survey, you can be sure that each and every make and model you can think of, was included in the list.
On top of this impressive win, came the news that the iconic Peugeot 208 was also voted “Most Dependable Small Car”; an indication of the high level of customer satisfaction in the vehicle.
Long-term reliability has a direct impact on today’s sales and tomorrow’s brand loyalty. PEUGEOT did a great job in understanding the needs of its consumers, and therefore deserves to win the J.D.
