Following on from the recent announcement of the New Peugeot 308, the New Peugeot 308 SW has been revealed by Peugeot. This estate variant of the brings all the features and functions of the new model, with a larger boot space. The estate car has been elevated by Peugeot and is coming to Charters Aldershot later in 2021.
IT’S ALL ABOUT THE NUMBERS
The New Peugeot 308 SW (in relation to its predecessor) can be summed up by a range of numbers:
21cm longer overhang
55cm longer wheelbase
608-litre boot space when seats are in the normal position
1,654-litre boot space when seats are folder
2-position boot floor for easy loading and unloaded
These numbers go together to bring a vehicle that is more spacious, planted, luxurious and comfortable than any estate car that has come before.

Whilst the New Peugeot 308 SW was officially announced, Peugeot’s UK Managing Director (Julie David) said:

By 2025, customers across our entire model line-up will be able to choose between electrified models and conventional powertrains. SEVEN STRIKING COLOURS
Peugeot is not just improving the functionality of the 308 SW. This new model comes in seven aesthetically pleasing palettes; each of them highlighting the modernity of this model:

Unfortunately at the time of launch, the striking new Olivine Green (as seen in the hatchback variant) will not be available on the estate model.
CLASS-LEADING DRIVING AIDS
Safety, design and driver comfort has gone hand-in-hand to deliver the very best in automotive excellence. New Peugeot 308 SW introduces some class-leading driver-safety aids. added to an already impressive list from the previous model.
Semi-automatic lane change: The driver suggests a lane change manoeuvre by setting the direction indicators. The system performs a semi-automatic lane change manoeuvre if appropriate conditions are met and confirmed by the driver
Anticipated speed recommendation: the system suggests to the driver that they adapt their speed (acceleration or deceleration) according to the speed limit signs
Curve speed adaptation: at speeds of up to 112mph (where legal) the set-up optimises the car’s speed according to the severity of the bend
Long-range blind spot monitoring (extended to up to 75 metres)
Rear Cross Traffic Alert

HYBRID: 225 e-EAT8 – a combination of an 180hp (132kW) PureTech engine and an 81kW electric motor mated to the e-EAT8 automatic gearbox. It emits as little as 26 g/km of C0₂ and up to 36 miles of 100% electric range
HYBRID: 180 e-EAT8 – a combination of a 150hp (110kW) PureTech engine and an 81kW electric engine mated to the e-EAT8 gearbox, with emissions from 25g/km of C0₂ and up to 37 miles of 100% electric range
