Following the news that the 3008 SUV is having a design upgrade, the seven-seater New 5008 SUV is following quickly behind. Featuring all of the features and functions that you have discovered about the New 3008 SUV, the New 5008 SUV adds these, and even more space for seven adults.
Available as a plug-in hybrid, petrol or diesel, whichever you select you’ll be driving a highly economical and powerful SUV from the Peugeot innovators.
Built upon the same multi award-winning large SUV, the New 5008 SUV introduces a refined front end, some more class-leading driver safety features and a new Peugeot i-Cockpit.
New 5008 SUV offers you all the technology, safety and comfort that you have come to expect from the range along with the performance of a grand touring car.
New Peugeot i-Cockpit has been enhanced to amplify your senses:
A new 10-inch touchscreen showcases the main features and functions of your New 5008 SUV. A 12.3-inch head-up digital instrument cluster houses some new clever new driver aids (see below), whilst the comfort and road visibility are retained for the most comfortable long-distance driving experience.
The Peugeot 5008 SUV already took vehicular design to a whole new level. Families needn’t choose an MPV to drive their clan across the country. This large SUV brought all the creature comforts you would expect in a stylish design.
Not to rest on their laurels, Peugeot have continued to innovate and modernised the look of the New 5008 SUV. A new frameless radiator grille that seamlessly blends into the body brings a distinctive new look to New 5008 SUV. The New full-LED headlights and bold Daytime Running Lights follow the design language of the All-New 2008 SUV and All-New 208. The rear lights showcase the 3D claw effect with scrolling indicators.
For those seeking a bolder look, the New 5008 SUV comes with the option of a Black Pack. This brings black 19” alloy wheels, satin black badging, black roof and spoiler finishers and makes the New 5008 SUV stand out in a whole new way.
A semi-autonomous SUV
The New 5008 SUV offers features and functions ahead of all others with the inclusion of several driver safety aids that you would not expect from a car in this class.
The Advanced Grip Control on offer in the New 5008 SUV brings clever traction control systems to the range. It’s grip that you would expect from a four-wheel drive system without the four-wheel drive. It even includes Hill Descent Control to ensure the very steepest of hills can be overcome without losing control.
A first for a vehicle in this class, Peugeot’s Night Vision (previously seen on the 508 Fastback and 508 SW) highlights obstacles in the digital instrument cluster that you may not notice whilst driving at night. Whether it is a deer, obstacle or pedestrian in the road, the system will warn you of it and display the obstacle in the 12.3-inch instrument display. Thanks to the Active Braking systems, the 5008 SUV can even bring your car to a full, emergency stop if required.
The New 5008 SUV comes with the Drive-Assist Plus pack. It’s lane positioning system ensures your car is kept firmly in lane with minor steering adjustments made automatically if necessary. The Adaptive Cruise Control function brings your vehicle to a stop when queuing on a carriageway and starts back on its journey automatically. This level of semi-autonomous driving is what you can expect from a car from the near future or the New 5008 SUV right now. The Drive Assist Pack is fitted to EAT8 8-speed automatic transmission variants only.
Pure driving comfort is maintained by a super-smooth gearbox, wrap-around AGR seats with an adjustable massage function. There is no better place to be than New 5008 SUV’s i-Cockpit.
