Charters wins fourth Guild of Gold Lion Award

We are proud to announce that our committed team at Charters Peugeot of Aldershot have been awarded their fourth Guild of Gold Lion award for customer service and excellence. We are even nominated for four further Gold Lion awards (as well as the top “Retailer of the Year”). We have added the final results of the awards ceremony below but for those of you who are impatient: we won two awards: Gold Lion Dealer and Sales Executive of the Year.

We are incredibly grateful for your feedback on your experiences at Charters that has helped us to achieve this a fourth time.

The Guild of Gold Lion award was created by Peugeot to highlight those dealerships that go above and beyond for customer service and we have strived to be amongst the very best in the country. The awards includes several categories. These are our nominations and wins.

The Guild of Gold Lion award is one of the best ways of directly comparing Peugeot dealerships across the country. Only 33 (less than 10%) awards are presented this year and when you visit a dealership that has won four separate accolades, you know we doing something right.

Since our last Guild of Gold Lion for customer service award, Peugeot have revealed a new logo with a shield design. We can’t wait to see that new Guild of Gold Lion award design.
